Re-Roof in Hamilton
Existing roof covering stripped & disposed of, roof sheeted with new 9mm OSB sterling boards prior to new breathable membrane felt. New uPVC roofline and rainwater goods installed. Roof battened with treated timber with new Grey

Hamilton Flat Roof
Flat roof works carried out for the Salvation Army in Hamilton including all trades supplied for internal ceiling replacement, new plastering and paint work to defective ceiling.
Existing defective EPDM rubber roof stripped off revealing soaked timbers and insulation, all was removed and disposed of into the skip we provided. Roof space was insulated with a vapour control layer prior to new 18mm OSB boards. Fatra single ply membrane installed mechanically fixed and solvent welded at all laps.
